Components

  • Lifetime Warranty on internal components, including clutches, brackets, caps, covers, chainguards and cords.
  • Coverage includes any defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as you own the product.
  • We will repair or replace any product with a defect due to manufacturing flaws in workmanship or materials.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any damage, or defects caused by accidents, stains, tearing, alterations, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, direct exposure to salt air, or failure to follow operating instructions.

Mechanisms

  • Motor Warranty: Motors, including remotes and solar panels, are covered for 5 years from the invoiced date.
  • Cordless Mechanism: Lifetime Warranty.
  • Hub & Transformer: Covered for 5 years.

Fabrics

  • 1-Year Warranty from the installation date, covering defects or mis-installation of fabric only.
  • Physical damage to the fabric is not covered. Fabric may be replaced due to physical damage or exchanged for the same or a different fabric at 50% of the cost of a new product. (* Labour fee(s) will apply.)
  • Fabric that becomes discolored or melts due to sunlight will be replaced free of charge.
