Return Policy

All blinds are custom-made and manufactured to the specifications provided for each order. As a result, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within a reasonable period after receiving your order. Upon review, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a store credit for the affected item(s).

Store credit will be issued only for products determined to have a manufacturing defect. Variations in color, texture, or measurements within industry-standard tolerances are not considered defects.
