We offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada on all orders. No MINIMUM purchase!

Return Policy:

All blinds are custom-made and sized specifically for each order, and therefore are final sale.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a store credit reimbursement for the affected item(s).

Currently, our delivery timeframe is approximately 3 weeks.
During periods of high demand, there may be slight delays, but we’re doing everything we can to return to our standard 2-week turnaround time.
